Need the extra doors Asker, no the wheels got me more money as they do set the car off.

Its BMW for me with  a host of little extras. I really wanted the 5 door golf but VW wanted another £100 a month and a huge deposit.

318 petrol don't do enough miles to make a saving on a D, don't need a 320 either just ekkps putting the price up for an extra few MPH and a little BHP

Its a staff offer refer a friend, don't think its a one for advertising like that just to be on my safe side, anyone I refer needs to be a friend... loose term I know.

R32UK I know you can get more into the GOLF, I did give VW first refusal when I was looking for the extra doors, they offered me a car at £150.00 more a month than the Beamer, loose a little space = save £5,000 in payments,

I'm with Virgin TV at the moment and I'd vouch for their services. I especially like the VM's 'Catch up TV on Demand'. We're moving house this Friday  but the only unfortunate thing is its in an area with no cable TV. Therefore we will probably have to go over to Sky reluctantly.

Looking forward to seeing the new motor flc1962. Get some pictures posted. My Dad's got a year old 330D M Sport and there really nice car to drive. My dad and I work together and we don't live a million miles away from each other so the majority of the time we car share from West Sussex to South West London. I get 35 MPG in the GTI and he gets around 43 MPG.

p.s. my Dad tried to emulate me and went and brought a the white 330D M Sport a week after I picked up the GTI up. Even tried to copy me with the alloys and got the diamond cut AC Schnitzer alloys fitted by BMW. Bloody cheek!

My payments are about £330 a month over 4 years. I put down £10k with the trade of my mk5 and my GTi was £29k from memory. Mine is a straight repayment loan with VW finance.

So are you going to trade it or pay the balance and keep it Martin? I always wonder about the lease type plans and whether i'd want to part with the car or not. :undecided:
Title: Re: Time to
Post by: MAW73 on 14 June 2011, 20:38
I will keep the car for another 2.5 years until the finance is completely paid off so I own the car. Then I will trade the car in or sell privately and start the whole mad process off again of buying a new car.

I'm hoping there will be a 5 door Audi S1 quattro on the market by then.

Cheers guys

Yer the needle is still there lol, it looks like a old amp needle bouncing around to a disco song from the 70's, I'd like to disable it as you can't help but watch it..

Re Sat Nav I agree it looks a little plain there as the radio is quite low unlike the GOLF with its big unit fitted,

No complaints so far and the Xenon's are brill from what I've seen so far,

Turns a few heads and slows people down
