Title: Rattlling , knocking noise ??

Hey, Iv got a golf gti 1.8 t  mk4 , when I start the car I'm getting a rattling , knocking noise , sounds like exhaust , but once it warms up , the noise stops , Any help with please as Iv just put the car up for sale ???

Does it go away with higher revs?
