Hi everyone, I have mk2 golf with 2l 8v engine and need a brake upgrade.. a full set up. Its got drums on the back but its probably not worth gettin back axel to put discs on is it?? Iv been looking at EBC turbo discs and YellowStuff pads but aparently theyr a bit useless when theyr cold? Wondering if best thing is to go for bigger discs and if so can anyone recommend a decent set up? Will be used for both road and track use.
Thanks for advice!

I would switch to 256mm or 280mm front and discs on the rear, axle is the same but you will need different stub axles.
