Title: Hi I'm new

Just got myself a nice mk3 gti 8v,it was my mates had a few little bits done to it and is looking quite nice,I've never had a Vw so can anyone give me any pointers towards engine mods,like stuff worth no'ing about and things I should change?last thing I wana do is blow the little beast up!lol oh and btw I'm Tristan :-)

Welcome.

With an 8v there isnt really much you can do.
