Thanks guys she needs a few bits sorting but thats what owning a cars all about. Bringing them to life the way you want them to be!

Hey guys , newbie on this , just hopin for some advice , Iv got a grinding noise coming from my nearside wheel when I full lock right but only at slow speed , Iv ad the wheel and think my cv boot has split as there oil n grease everywhere , would this noise be linked ?? Any help would be great Ta .

Hi mate welcome!!you are better off re posting in the mk4 section. But it does sound like its cv boot nothing else around that area that should contain greese.

thanks guys im on the road to getting things sorted. had a spare key and fob made and also had my current fob programmed as wasnt paired all for the measley sum of £100. beats using the key in the door and also saves me if i ever lose my keys!
