When are you losing the coolant?
When it's stationary, or when driving, or all the time? If you're tracing it back to the joint between the head and the block then it's probably time for a new head-gasket. Not the end of the world.
Before you go down that route, check the housings on the side of the head and replace if they look even vaguely shonky.

Try not to type your responses in capitals, it is quite offensive.
Check the difference between genuine and GSF for the housing - if it's not much it might be worth going genuine as you don't want to replace it and find the new one leaks.
Careful with the M10 bolts/nuts coming off. Shearing one could be a pain in the a$$.
