Title: tool for setting cable change gear selector position (02A ABF 16v)?

Hi all, I know there are tutorials on here about re setting the cables on an 02A box but it all seems a bit trial and error. I've seen tools or jigs for the rod change boxes but none for mine. Anyone know of any available?

The only ones ive seen for the cable change box were on an American tool website, im on a different computer at the moment but when i get back to my usual one il dig out the link that ive bookmarked.
