Title: advice on rear engine mount removal please!!

hey,
 can anyone tell me the easiest way to remove the rear engine mount as mine keeps causing my gearbox to keep bangin on chassis legs and causes difficulty getting into third!  :shocked:
any advice welcome!

jack engine up to take weight off the mount.. remove and refit new one lol

Also worth check your front mount as well.
