can any 1 tell me the most effective way of improving my bhp speed that sort of thing and how much it will cost sort of thing also what about dump valves i hear you can have them i only really want it for the noise no to fussed if it does anything.
i have put in a tv and dvd player time to start improving the speed of the car

a remap/chip alone will see you with about 150bhp (you might want to upgrade your brakes)

and where you would i get a chip like that and how much i just been looking at dragon tuning or somthing bout £280 www.mrhoot.com thas the site

Revo do chip tuning software for your model.  Have a look here:

Increases bhp to 150, and torque is up from 229 to 250.  Pretty expensive tho!

dump valves.  You will already have one if its turbo diesel, otherwise your car wouldn't work.  Only atmospheric dump valves go "wooosh" - recirculating dump valves stick it back in the air intake
