my ps3 is 3+ years old finally give up the ghost

i pay 1.99 a month insurance but i have lost the details can i obtain them again from pc world
or will sony fix it for free??

phoned up the insurance booked in to be taken away on wednesday insurance expired yesterday but they are still doin it for me
pretty lucky

ohh luky you. you most likely get a replacement or vouchers. but make sure you get the new slim line ps3
