Title: Yep....Another Newb!

Firstly, hi to you all  :smiley:  Been looking around on teh forum for a couple of days now and figured i'd join as there are a lot of helpful and informative ppl around, always a good start.

Now for the bad news, i haven't a GTi, or anything sporty for that matter.  I do have a golf though (1.4 Cl  :embarassed:).

Suppose the reason i came around here is because i'm hoping to get a GTi mk3 in the next few weeks/months, taking your advice and waiting for the right one to come along!

Have loads of questions, not sure where to start and how basic i'll sound but hey ho!  My only achievement on a car to date is changing an air filter and replacing a radiator which to this day is still running!  I am really keen to improve my knowledge though so this site will hopefull help to achieve that.

Welcome to the site, nothing wrong with a CL and any questions just ask away in the relevant board and you will normally get answers fairly qucikly.  :smiley:

Just wanted to say thanks for all the replies, was showing my girlfiend last night what a good bunch you all seem so i take my hat off top you all!

She's a Bugbabe, drives a New Beetle 2.0 and loves it, having a spolier fitted soon and eyelids cause she say's it'll look cuter! lol
