Title: Odd servicing info on menu

Had the car serviced today on the fixed plan so back to time and distance. I've just checked the "time/distance to next service"  menu and it says 9600 miles or 372 days, neither of whcih make sense as I'm only 4 miles from the dealer and I've checked the milage before I went in and its only done the 4 miles home since the service.

Any ideas?

Edit: the 372 daybe the maximum period allowed (i.e. one week after the 12 months) but I've no idea why the milage is showing up 400 miles down already. P.S. they have used longlife oil too.

I suspect they haven't reset the counter...

It's not the end of the world but just doesn't make any sense. I'll call and ask in the morning.

Did you go over by many miles before the service youve just had? If you went over 400 miles, that could be why its affected it?

Good idea but I was actually about 300 miles to go when it was serviced.
