Hi,
Sorry for all the questions, but learning very fast....Does the golf have a seat position memory if you move the seat forward to let someone in the back or does it revent to a standard (chest crushing) position, i.e. using the lever at the top of the seat?
Thanks in advance

In order for the seat to return to it original position you must ensure that the base of the seat is returned to its original position before the lever is pulled to move the actual back into place. Was always abit of a pain...hence why I now have a 5 door!

As Paul said slide the base back first then lift the handle back up.
Takes a bit of getting used to but its easy once you know how :afro:

Less hassle to buy the correct number of doors in the 1st place?

Some of us like having a sleek looking curvy rear window rather than a the square box shape which the 5 door has.
