Hiya everyone, i have just had a new windscreen fitted this moring. Unfortunately there are now scrath marks over both the top of the driver and passenger wing and the bonnet from where the black sills have touched the paint work. Also the driver door knocked into the new windscreen and has chipped the side of the door, taking all of the paint off it on that spot, the last thing is there is also some paint missing now from on the roof where the window was pulled from!! All in all not good!
Anyone help me with were i stand with all this?
Answers sooner than later would be great as i have already been on the phone to this company!
Thanks in advance!

What did the company say to you?
I'd keep going back to them until they've made it right, as it sounds like some ham-fisted moron has made a right mess of your car.
Was this on insurance, or out of your own pocket?

I rang their head office he said that the bloke who changed the window would stop on his way home which he has just done. I have showed him all the damage he has caused, he has give me a email address, I am to take pictures of all the scratches and the dent and to send them to him. Thats all he said! This was through my insurance?!

Keep pestering them. I would email every day to constantly chase this. The company will not want "hassle" so will hopefully deal with it as soon as possible. And keep a "diary" of exactly what has happened
