Title: No ignition lights / fuel pump etc

Hi all

Right, bought as a non runner 88GTI, engine turns over, got a spark etc.. but no fuel pump prime / no
ignition lights, battery light etc.. . Its got power to the pump relay as it works when its removed and
"bridged" with a wire. Completely stuck now? any ideas....??   :sad:

Wipers work, lights work etc.... also changed ignition switch but no luck...

pull the ign switch plug and bruidge the black and red wires. if that brings on the ign you need a new ign switch, if not you have a wiring problem or immob fault. follow the wiring from the ign switch, in particular look at the black and red wires. black wire is favourite to splice into with an immobiliser to kill the ignition circuit
