Hey all!  I just bought my mk3 8v today!  My name's Bart (yes, actually Bart), who the hell are you?  :wink:

Thanks very much! Looking forward to being all excitable about my car on this forum.  Only came on here to see if the horrible squeaking noise on full lock was going to be a headache but I reckon I've already found a few tips to get working on this weekend.

Ha ha!  Thanks, my last was a mk3 gl.  Ace little reliable car.  But now it's time for a GTaaaaiiiiiiit.  Hopefully I'll be able to share some tips with all of you before too long.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!  Drove my car up on the kerb and had a look underneath last night.  Used one of the forum tips about squeaky PAS and happy to say problem is now solved.  1-0 to the forum.  Happy days!
