sounds a little strange. Although you have not given many details, there does not seem any obvious reason we could not cover you as modifications are not usually a problem.

Want to send me your surname and postcode and i will look into?

Cheers

Cheers.

Are you sure you mean HIC? We have given you a quote with the modifications included? Are you sure it was not one of the other forum sponsors / insurers you rang....

Will PM you the reference number!

What email address did you send from? (PM)

Like I already told you we HAVE quoted you and CAN insure you - just ring up and quote the reference number of the quote you have already had that i sent you - there is a quote stored already.

Cheers

Martin

Ring their sister company, Adrian Flux. Couldn't have been more helpful for me.

I am with Adrian Flux and called them a few times after for quotes and have had nothing but great service and spoke to people who understand cars.. most of my mods added 'nothing' to the policy price !!

As I have stated to the original topic starter we CAN insure him and HAD already provided him with a quote BEFORE this topic was started.

I have been unable to trace any calls into the office on the number the OP stated he called from so I am a little confused as to what he has been advised and who by. Coilovers and alloys are not a problem for us to cover (as I'm sure many on here who we have insured can testify and my own car has both and is insured by us!).

As stated before, if the OP wants to send me his email address that he emailed us from then I will also be able to try and trace his email aswell and if he wants to call and quote the reference number I have sent him then we will be happy to run through the quote we have done with him again but i am struggling to see why this topic has even come about.

Anyone else having problems - feel free to drop me a pm and i will look into them for you.

Cheers

Martin
