Title: votex front and rear valances
Post by: andyj775 on 29 March 2011, 13:53
sorry if anyone sees this as a waste of time, but i have front and rear votex valances on my golf (only worked out what they actually were yesterday  :embarassed: ) they are in black magic pearl. i was wondering how much i'd get for the both of them, as i was about to get a milltek exhaust fitted but now i know its a pretty rare kit, i don't want to go cutting it. ive always liked the look of r32 bumpers so i'd probably go to them and get the r32 syle milltek. once again im only after a price guide, these aren't for sale yet. but may be in a few months time. thanks

I've seen them go for £150+ on ebay but there is always a chance they may go for less. I'd imagine £100-£120 would be a fair price if u was to sell them. If you really want to make good money on them tho then ebay is the way forward. Put rare and votex in the title and people should go mad for it. If you fancied helping a fellow member out I know Gareth F is after a front one.

yes im always up for helping out other forum members, to make up for help they give me. as said they arent for sale yet, just bought new alloys and seeing the price of r32 bumpers i'll have to save for a bit. but will definitely bear gareth f in mind if he  still needs one when coming to sell them

It is a very nice kit. If you was to get it cut properly by a decent body shop I'm sure it would still be good to sell on if you ever wanted to.
