Hope some one can help i am looking at doing a few mods to the golf thinking of lowering it between 20-40mm fitting audi TT disks and also porsche c cup alloys fiitting can someone tell me if the wheels i 1. fit straight on and 2. have any problems if it is lowered also what wud be need for the brake conversion i thought disks and calipers wud anything else be needed

the wheels aren't likely to fit.. porsche to vw adapters run at around 200 quid..
you'll also have to be wary of the real wheel width..

since porsches are rear engined the rear wheels are often wider so the power direct from the wheels is spread over a wider area and doesnt tear the road up.. you cant have wheels that stick out from the arches by law..
