I've got a H&R front ARB and bought new drop links to fit it.
Only problem is the drop link I have has an internal diameter of 30mm but all the poly bushes have an external diameter of 34mm....no matter what I do, they dont fit.
Has anyone else encountered the problem of poly bushes not fitting?
I got the drop links from vwspares (i think), did anyone get droplinks from somewhere else and not have this problem?

I've got an Eibach Front & Rear one... I had to get the correct fitting kit for both from Eibach before they could be done...
Not much help; but I suggest yo go to the manufacturer and buy their proper fitting kit...

Do the ARB's help much? Worth the money?

Yes they make a lot of difference.

H&R dont do a fitting kit....I got the droplink bushes with the ARB but no droplinks.
Do you know where I can get the Eibach fitting kit? I'm guessing it would be exactly what I need...think I'm right in saying the eibach and H&R front ARBs are both 22mm

get some oem drop links, this is probably why. the pattern ones arnt quite the same from my experience

Is that a "get them from VW" job or can you get OEM droplinks else where?
I dont suppose you have a VW part number handy do you?

if it was me id rob from scrappy/ebay/classified, since you'll be chopping out the bushes anyway!
can get em from loads o different VAG cars, just be aware some are slightly different depending on the bar fitted. G60 ones have an offset head, and some used a G60 stylee bar. easy to ell though g60 looks like this:
