Title: Possibly flywheel?

Hi, my tdi 130 started making strange noise today.

start the car as normal, and engine starts to rock and make a funny noise (clunky). tick over is not effected.
if you rev to say 1200rpm it goes or if you dip the clutch if goes. wondering if this sounds like a dual mass flywheel problem.

Drove car home tonight from work (33 mile trip) didnt go stupid, 70 mph on motorway etc, got out and not a sound to be heard and no sign of rocking engine.
would this be normal for flywheel or would it do it regardless of engine temp etc.

found this video on youtube which is exactly what mine is doing. it dissappears when clutch is pressed down or you increase revs.
