before I do something stupid
I've managed to get myself a full set (4) of genuine mud flaps, now do I take it that these get screwed in using the existing screws that hold in the inner wing? Or do I need to redrill??
Also, I want to paint my front/rear VW badges black. I can see how the front 1 comes off, but how do I get the rear off, and how do I reattach it afterwards?
If anyone has a spare front frill VW badge going, please let me know
Thanks
Toby

Pull off the rear mate, i used a hairdryer to heat it up a bit as i did mine in winter then get some 3mm numberplate stickies to re-apply. I dunno about the rest

use existing screws for flaps, thats what every car ive ever worked has.

Trim tape is the best for the badges.

instead of painting it buy a black one instead.
-
be cheaper to buy a black one unless you already got the paint

Glad you saw sense and edited your post!!!
I don't need to buy a Black 1, I have that already, but I want to experiment with a few other colours aswell, so the idea of asking if anyone had 1 going cheap made more sense than paying for new ones
DON'T YOU THINK???????
