Title: Do these extra panels fit a mk4 engine bay
Post by: golf-sib on 19 March 2011, 20:27
Will the additional covers of an s3/a3 like the battery and the coolant/washer fit the mk4, also any additional brackets needed to make them fit, thanks in advance!

i find it funny why people spend hundreds on tuning their cars only to spend more on weighing it back down with junk again. i agree on it looking good though. but more work to dismantle when work is needed  :undecided:

Well after reading the cost that idea can go f-itself, I was only anticipating £30 not £100+ (don't understand how them two side covers with support brackets can cost so much).

Think the panel is not a huge issue as it looks like it has the same clips as the engine cover which are so quick and easy to get off.

agreed on the tidy side, although the battery cover has now gone due to it not fitting with the ducting for the DSG intake. As for weight I don't think they even add 1kg lol
