Title: AGU inlet manifold question
Post by: golf-sib on 19 March 2011, 20:20
Crazy question, but is there any other wider port manifolds than the ones on the AGU that face the near side (passengers side), as I would like to have the TB on the other side, like on the a3's and ibiza's from what I have seen?

I don't think so mate, don't forget yous have to reroute the throttle cable too

I've took that into consideration, just be handy if manifold went the other way to make my FMIC setup more effective before it goes on. I know biggest problem with the manifolds is the different TB's had different stud dimension, but spacer/adapters are easy to get and make over getting a custom manifold made which costs £££.

Not sure if AGU's where the only engines with the wider ports.

Good news, found out the Sharan had a AGU engine with the TB facing the other way
