ive just bought a 110 gt tdi and am going to change the oil at the weekend, we have 2 types in work, they are just a general 10/40, and a drum of quantum 5/30 (the vw longlife stuff) which would be best to use? the car will be doing approx 15 mile runs twice a day down back lanes and the oil can be changed as often as needed
