Title: Dismantling Headlights

How do you get the fronts off the headlights to clean them out?
MOT coming up and need it to pass!!

are they just full of condensation? if so put the lights on and drape a towel over the light for a while and it all seems to evaporate! or get a sharp knife and run it round the edge of the glass to break the seal and it should fall out, then mastik it back in once clean. or buy some nice crystals and brighten up your front end!!!!

by the way over the years i've done all three methods! the crystal was the most satisfying! :wink:

stick them in the oven for a bit to soften the glue then they just pull apart

new ones are a far better idea thougg!
