Title: twin headlights
Post by: simon99 on 14 March 2005, 16:16
bit of an impulse buy but bought some brand new twin headlights off ebay. They look identical to the hella and straightforward to fit but there are two things that concen me. One is this bridging connection for the relay ( I dont think this is needed) is this correct. It also mentions setting up lights for right hand drive by lining them up to some markers which I cannot see. Can anyone give me some advice on this as it seems to me all I need to do is fit them and then get the beams properly set.

Read about the bridging thing in Q & A in Golf + and that i think was for dipped/main beams.

As for checking the setup, you may be best to go to an MOT Test Station and get it checked.
