Title: golf 1.8t gti flywheel torque setting

im just on with doing a clutch and solid flywheel conversion on my 1.8t golf and im after the flywheel torque settings if any1 knows them.

I went with the mk3 settings from autodata, can't remember what they are now hut I'm sure someone in the mk3 section will be able to tell you
