Title: Dump valve and stupid chatter noise

Hello people I am a newbie to golfs, just sold my carrodo g60 and got a modified golf 1.8t on a t plate, The issue is I have a baylies dump valve which i don't  like! whats the best thing to do get rid off cus i heard that they are no good as the 1.8t has a recirc system.

Oh and could anyone explain what this chatter noise is which sounds like its coming from the induction filter?

Ill have a list soon of what my golf has had done

chatter noise will be your turbo i think mate and most ppl are using the forge 007p dv its wa everyone will tell you to get mate  :smiley:

every one wants the wastegate chatter noise from the induction kit :smiley:  keep that and get a forge 007p dv mate

Right this is what my 1.8t has had done, please feel free to criticise as i need feed back on what should go and what i should get

KO3s turbo
polished inlet manifold
polished cold air intake
atp air filter
blue flame exhaust system
3" downpipe and de cat
atp oil catch tank
allard front mount intercooler
samco turbo inlet pipe
kinetic performance exhaust manifold
forge boost hose kit
bailey DV26 atmospheric dump valve
CUSTOM RE MAP
R32 bonnet strut
Garret boost gauge( she is boosting 15psi)
EBC green stuff pads
Drilled and grooved discs front and back
VF engineering engine mounts

Yeah ill get some pictures up for you tomorrow, its silver and has 18" RS4 alloys also with a 4 motion front valance. 007p forge DV is now on order thanks guys

awesome gti sell the 007 dv mate same as forge just cheaper

Thanks for the advice, anyone know where the best place to take the gti to have it mapped, I live in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire if there are any close..
