Title: Remove front door panel

I've tried looking, but wondered if anyone had a simple guide to removing and refitting the door trim? Need to find out what's vibrating in my drivers door - makes Jessie J sound like Subo.

I don't think it's a partridge or a badger hiding in there, but you never know ...
