In order to avoid boost leaks, is it worth using threadlocker? Or is it a case of tightening the jubilee clips every week?
-
A real jubilee cip shouldnt come loose, only crappy 'hose clips' do. Mine have all stayed tight for over a year now....,,
-
get some Mikalor clamps instead.... Think its the Supra W2's I have.
-
As above mikalor clamps are nice, I use mikalor clamps all around, W4 full stainless steel too
-
Cheers, will try mikalor ones, its just two after the turbo, and they are genuine ones.

A lot of installers for FMIC and other custom pipe work spray hair spray on the inside of the silicone and on the tips of the pipes to make the surface have more friction, I did the same when I made my own pancake bypass pipe.

+1 my silicone pipes kept coming off from everywhere on my FMIC, as just polished pipes and no lip or anything on them.
Few squirts of hairspray as golf-sib said, and have never come off since.

Nice, wil try it
