hi

im new to vw  :laugh:  and ive just ordered a panel tester 30ml pot off dodo juice car wax  :smiley:

has anyone used it before and if so is it any good  :huh:

ive always used autoglm so am unsure on spending ££££££ on dodo juice stuff if its no good  :wink:

It's great stuff, it's a 'proper wax' it's not like a chemical type wax that looks like a cream, they smell great too.

When you've put it on you'll almost wish for rain to see the beading  :laugh:

make sure your prep work is good before applying it ie clay, polish and cleanse the paint then apply it. what one have you ordered?

ive ordered dodo juice light as my golf is like a pearl silver colour, i dont have any clay yet but going to pick some up real soon, just waiting for a nice weekend when i have a few hours free to give her a good clean and polish  :laugh:

light fantastic is a good wax:) as with all dodo waxes put it on thin.

No so keen on light fantastic on a indigo blue mk4  :undecided:

on the whole though very fine waxes in my limited experience

Although they say any dodo wax is good for any colour, why would you choose light fantastic for indigo blue? :huh:

i got it to do my old dears pug which is silver, its alright on that but not impressed with it on the golf

was round my old dears yesterday and i retract that its ok on a silver pug

light fantastic is rather nice. looks more freshly waxed than my passat which was done thursday. i done the pug 2 or 3 weeks ago.
