Hi Guys, a quick hello from me  :smiley:

I picked up a nice original mk3 16v gti late last year as a run around. Been in to aircooled VWs for a while, and have got a 76 bay westy that will be coming out from hibernation soon. The mk3 replaced a mint low mileage impreza wagon which i loved, but was becoming a bit too expensive to run. Chuffed to bits with the golf, it was cheap to buy, cheap to run/ insure/service etc, and has really grown on me in the time ive had it.

Ive found this forum really handy so far in getting a few niggles sorted and its running really well now. Ive got plans for a few subtle mods, and il put something up in dub rides soon. Pic below from when i bought it.
