Replaced the bulbs in my dials today quite impressed  I was going to solder in some more but then i thought why not drill 2 holes and put 2 more of the standard type in, so thats what i done much easier took me about 10mins to do.

I was going to do the milage and clock blue but i kinda like the green and its a bit oem+, also everyone else is doing the blue/red style so i want to be different.
What do you think?

I did something similar. I used two wide angle LEDs and they give off more than enough light. I went with white too and quite like the white with green LCDs. Looks great at night too

Never thought about wide angle ones I've used small smd type seem quite bright.

eBay mate item number 110652773009. Sorry on my iPhone just now so can't put proper link up. Yeah just drilled holes same size as originals not sure what size it was just tried a few bits in the hole till I got one to fit and used a heated screwdriver to cut the lug openings if that makes sense. Also used the same LEDs in the displays as you get 10 an makes them a bit brighter.
