Title: wheels!
Post by: mk3tony on 01 March 2011, 23:29
wasnt quite sure where to put this. in the near future i'm looking at getting some new wheels.
I want 16's and something at least 7j, preferably 7.5 or 8 but i really dont know what to look at. needs to be 4 x 100. i can only think of keskin kt1's, perfect but dont know if 9's will fit on a mk3 rear and i dont like borbet a's!
whats your suggestions?

Why 16s? There's are loads of nice 4x100 wheels all more than 7j wide. have a look on eBay I could find Ar least 10 in 2 mins

I know of people that have fit 9" on the rear, in fact I'm doing it to mine.

Lots of choices in 4x100, some other makes will fit as well.

16's are definitely the way to go on a mk3 for looks and handling.

Yep 16"'s with 195 or 205/45/16's is a good all round sound choice.
