Looks good mate! I dont know anything about them but everyone on here seems to think theyre pretty good.
-
Awesome little cars, get it mapped and really enjoy it.
-
Ha ha leaving engine stock 130bhp is fast enough for me, scary amount of power compared to my old mk3 8v gti and twice as much mpg :)

 Great little cars :afro: good sound choice with fuel costs etc.
-
Sweet motor mate really like these
-
I like
Is it a 130bhp diesel?
-
Clean little motor and fun to drive, i reckon a little drop would go a miss though.
-
Congrats on the purchase.
How does the Skoda drive? Sporty enough?
-
aparently there's too much body roll so get it slammed ;)
-
Cracking cars...
I had a vRS SE in Race Blue for 3 years...never felt the need to lower it, play about or ruin it...just a PD160 inlet and a Tuning box.
175 BHP, 270 lb-ft of torque...and 45 MPG when driven with a heavy right foot.
Cracking little cars...
Even with the comedy ride height, Skoda got the damping right...you can get the back end moving on them far easier than on most VW understeer chariots.
Nice choice.
-
Shame its red!
-
what do you call a skoda with no wheels?
-
a skip?
-
a skip?
  . Yes. But what is the rear window heater used for?

Keep your hands warm whilst pushing it.
However modern Skoda's are no longer a joke.

Except for that Yeti thing that Clarkson loves!

I'm tempted to chop my Mk6 GTI in for a Yeti...great everyday cars.

   Are you feeling ok.

Quite...
A modified Mk6 GTI has landed me an appointment with the Procurator fiscal and a long period of enforced pedestrian status.
So that's it...I'm likely to be done with hot Hatches for the next few years.
I'm thinking either Skoda Yeti or VW Tiguan R...but time will tell.
both make total sense living where I do.
Even with winter wheels and tyres, the Mk6 was a nightmare due to low ground clearance this winter.

Car drives, great, not much roll on cornering but im comparing it to my Golf estate haha. Will be lowering it however for style but first on the list. Booked in to garage for Service and Cambelt change, sensible option so i know where I stand with it :)

As Glen (ess-three) said they drive better @ standard height.
