Title: idle speed ??

hi   is there a way i can turn down the idle speed it idles at 1300(ish)   have a mk3 n.reg 2.0l

Idle speed is not adjustable it is controlled by the ecu, you have a problem for it to be idling that high.

Or has someone moved the clip up on the throttle cable cause it wouldn't idle properly, just a thought.

It could be the idle contol valve gummed up.
