There are hundreds of different products and methods
The c4 plastic and rubber trim nanocoat seems to be getting good reviews although is very expensive 15ml @ £24.99
Personally i use autoglym bumper/trim care.
Did find this:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Plasticare-Trim-Dye-BLACK-Plastic-Rubber-Bumper-Paint-/250777950954?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a6387daea#ht_1570wt_1139 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Plasticare-Trim-Dye-BLACK-Plastic-Rubber-Bumper-Paint-/250777950954?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a6387daea#ht_1570wt_1139)
Any one used it :undecided:

try kiwi/nugget black shoe polish, the one in the tin..... works best or apply some black VHL vinyl paint
-
Autoglym bumper care also does it for me I've used it on all my cars.
