ryt then guys was thinking of swapping my wifes 53 plate mondeo tdci 6 speed box trip computer etc for a gt tdi 130 hes got it down as 140 but im assuming its 130 and its gold in colour 3 door it has got short tax an mot til may the mrs car will have new mot in a few days so im not sure whether im getting a good deal or not milage is 130k on a w plate any info appreciated guys cheers  :smiley:

check out the mk4 buying guide. same problems. also test the clutch and flywheel by putting it in 4th at 30 and flooring it.
also didnt think they made a 130pd till 51 plates :huh: check the engine code :wink:

cheers steve but not doing the deal as the guy wanted everything i own and my wifes car for his friggin idiot in all fairness my wifes car is mint and that golf look like its been thrashed mate but thanks anyway most appreciated  :wink:
