Title: rocker cover

im going to be doing the rocker cover tommorrow and wanted to know if ive got everything sorted.

Got:

Very high temp met red (halfrauds)
wet/dry sand paper
the metal wire drill bits
nitros mors
prep wipes
paint and rust remover pad


sooooo all i do is cover the rocker cover in nitros mors let it bubble up and then wipe dry use drill and sand paper yep? ok then use the paint and rust remover pad till everything is all good and smooth. then spray 3-4 coats (depends on how it goes) waiting for half hour after each coat? thats what the guy told me. do i need a primer or anything like that?
