Will castrol smx-s be suitable for my AHF (110) and how much do i need?

Searched but no luck.

Do you know what gearbox code you have? if you do I can get the VW specs for the oil :afro:

No idea! Its a t reg 5 speed if it makes any difference

According to ETKA the part number for the oil is G 070 726 A2 and you need 2 litres :afro:

And this oil (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-976-fuchs-titan-sintofluid-fe-sae-75w-synthetic-manual-transmission-oil.aspx) from Opie meets the G070726A2 specification

Thanks for the help! My car desperately needs the gear oil changed its so stiff on the gears!!
