Tyre size does not matter as much as offset.

195/50/15 will fill the arch just as well with the correct offset.

16"s need 195/45/16 or 205/45/16 or 215/40/16

17"s need 205/40/17

All these sizes will keep the gearing and speedo correct.

No worries, fitment wise, 4 stud is 4x100 and 5 stud is 5x100, et30 to 35 is fine.

what i have dont on lots of my cars in the past is look for a set of nice wheels on ebay that are scratched up and not looking good but are not dented.

buy them as they will go pretty cheap.

then sand them down and spray them yourself its easy to make a set of nice wheels and put loads of layers of clear coat on for the shine
