Title: LEDs fitted to grill?
Post by: PatrickCullen87 on 21 February 2011, 22:14
hi, was wondering if anyone has fitted LEDs to the bottom of the grill (like the golf R)? i saw a red gti in glasgow the other day with them fitted and if im honest they suited the car really well! just wondering how hard they would be to fit? any opinions on them?

It's a big task for a GTI. I considered it but from what I read decided it's not worth it. The lights cost around £240 and require cutting the car to get them to fit. So instead I bought headlights with built in drl's.
