they have owed me £690 from my insurance for 10 weeks now... and still dont want to pay up!

If phoning them is not working, write a clear and simple letter, send recorded delivery and go from there.

Stating that you want the intrest from when they were supposed to have debited the money into your account till now!

Fair point, I know when I had issues with admiral I never got anywhere with phoning them but a well written letter did the trick.

i managed to get through to them..  had a "few Word's"

apparenttly it was send friday 1st class recoreded.. now lets wait till mon/tuesday..

good luck i used to work in insurance claims and they are mother f***ers!!!
