Title: Dash speaker covers?

Anyone have a clue on how to take these off without breaking them.....I've looked for a screw but I don't see it.

Theres a small squareish bit of plastic that hides the screw, insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the lug and it should just prise off, the screw is behind it.
