It's more like a slightly lighter shade of aubergine.

I remember someone on here had one the same colour that got written off, I don't think we worked out what colour that was in the end.

I've been having this dilemma with my Golf recently.

Looks like a darker version of Dragon Green... it does say Dragon Green on the log book though.

Maybe it's just the way the pics come out on the internet that makes them look so different.

I've had paint made up and it said, Hot Chilli Red on the label... :grin:
