Title: wishbone bushes

going to be fitting the g60 top mounts next weekend and was considering replacing the bushes in wishbones car has covered 135k and I pressume there probably rather tired now.

anyway ive spotted the replacement wishbones fitted with new bushes one ebay has anyone got any expereince with these and are they good quality or would i be better to fit polly ones.

i would just take your old bushes out and press OEM ones back in.. they are well suited to the car.. i personally wouldnt buy wishbones off of ebay..

iirc the OEM spec wishbones are made by 'Lemforder', same as the top mounts. So if you make sure this is the brand of the parts you are buying, then its all top quality (genuine VW stuff). I got Lemforder top mounts from GSF, who may well do the wishbones with bushes from the same. Give them a ring and ask, they will soon let you know.

Replace the rear ones with TT bushes.

They are solid and will sharpen up your steering nicely.
