Title: RNS-510 Hard drive upgrade
Post by: turbotim1 on 20 February 2011, 13:41
Hi there,

Does anyone know if it's possible to (or have been able to) change the standard RNs-510 30GB hard drive for a 128GB SSD drive? I'm guessing that (if possible) it would have to be a ruggedised model (offering greater resistance to extreme temperatures and extreme reliability).

Thanks.

I dont see why it would'nt be possible providing the specs for the drive were the same. Would probably generate less heat using an SSD anyway.

The standard HDD can be upgraded but iv heard its not an easy job.
