Title: exterior spraying

just a quick question, or 2

firstly, im going to spray a scuttle panel black, however im undecided, matt black or satin black? thoughts?

secondly, does satin black need a coat of primer first?

they both need primer.. only difference is satin has a bit more shine than matt black..
