Mine is sticky and it sucks
-
Do you literally mean the clutch pedal, or making the action of the pedal smooth?
-
the action like moving it up and down
-
Open the bonnet and have a play with the clutch lever. That should tell you if its the clutch mechanism that is sticky, or the cable and pedal.
-
where abouts is that ???

Or disconnect the cable and see what it feels like, cheap and easy enough to replace if you need to.
-
step 1: change the cable, give it a grease with some silicone spray lube
step 2: replace the clutch
-
failing that, hydralic clutch conversion - normaly done allong with an engine conversion
